So we woke up very eager on Tuesday to find out what we would work on for Demo Day, only to find out it will be another day of landscaping. We split our group into 3 teams so we could get a few extra projects done. My group cut more grass and worked on cleaning and edging the street.
It went much faster once we were able to secure a leaf blower and a push broom. During lunch some of our members were interacting with the children who are currently living in the family shelter. In the evening we visited the Detroit Riverwalk. At night after devotions we made a giant pan of rice Krispy treats that we ate hot out of the pan.
